Mini Spring Beauty Haul
Hi guys. It's been ages since I last did a good old-fashioned mini beauty haul but today I am rectifying that! This morning, I headed off to town in order to have a little browse in both Boots and The Body Shop. There are so many great products being released at the moment and I had so much fun looking around - I came out with a hand full of swatches, classic beauty blogger style! I didn't go crazy but I did get a few bits that I wanted to share with you all today. So, let's get started!
The Body Shop Camomile Sumptuous Cleansing Butter - £12.00
I have been using the cleansing oil from this same range for quite a while now but I am now close to running out. I was going to repurchase it, however, I decided to pick up the butter version instead to see how it compares. There was a tester of it in the store and from what I could tell, it's a gorgeous texture. I can't wait to use it for the first time tonight to remove my make-up - I'll be sure to let you know how I get on!
Bourjois Rouge Edition Velvet in Beau Brun - £8.99
I already have two other shades from this range and I absolutely love them, they are definitely some of the best lip products from the drugstore in my opinion. I love the formula, the finish and the longevity of them! I decided to pick up this dark nude, brown shade à la Kylie Jenner as I don't own any other colours like this in my lipstick collection.
Rimmel Scandaleyes Waterproof Eyeliner in Nude - £3.99
I have seen so many people rave about how wearing a nude eyeliner on your waterline really opens up your eyes and makes you appear way more awake than you actually are! I have heard that this one from Rimmel is really popular and I'm looking forward to adding this new simple step into my make-up routine.
Rimmel Exaggerate Lip Liner in Addiciton - £3.99
Similarly to the Rouge Edition Velvet above, I have been wanting to try out the whole Kylie Jenner lip trend for a while now and I wanted to experiment with some drugstore alternatives to see if it suits me before I bit the bullet and by MAC's 'Velvet Teddy.' I have heard a lot of great things about Rimmel's lip liners, so I picked up this gorgeous shade called 'Addiction.'
That's it for my mini beauty haul! I'm really happy with all of my new purchases and I cannot wait to start using them immediately. I'll make sure to come back and review the products properly once I have tested them out. What do you think of what I picked up? What have you purchased beauty wise recently? Let me know by leaving a comment below!

Mini Forever 21 Haul
Yesterday, I went out shopping with my Mum and she treated me to a few pieces from Forever 21. For the past couple of weeks, I have been attempting to update my wardrobe for spring & summer and so far I have found some gorgeous items. Forever 21 is a great store to go to when you want to get lots of things in one go because not only are their clothes really stylish, they are super affordable too! It is by my favourite store to shop in. Anyhow, without rambling on for too long, here are the three items I picked up.
First up is this stunning Floral Lace Mock Neck Top (£12.00.) I have been looking for some more dressy tops recently to pair with some high waisted jeans for when I go out to somewhere that doesn't require wearing a full on dress and heels combo. I loved this top in particular because to me, lace looks very sophisticated yet sexy at the same time. It is ever so slightly cropped which means that you one show a slither of skin. You could wear this top with a cropped black vest underneath it but I think wearing just a lplain black bra underneath would look amazing too. I can't wait to wear it!
The next thing I picked up with this cute Tribal Print Cami (£8.00.) I have really gotten into wearing camis lately as they are so girly and comfortable to wear. I also love the tribal print trend and so this top is the perfect fit for me! There was also a blue version of this top but I opted for this orange and brown colour instead as I do not have many neutral shades in my wardrobe like these. I know that I will definitely get a lot of wear out of it, in fact, I am wearing it as I type this post right now!
Lastly, I picked up this Striped Crop Top (£5.00) is it is a great basic to have within my wardrobe. Although on the website it is the price listed above, I actually found this item whilst browsing the sale rail and managed to snatch it up for a mere £1.99 - what a bargain! As with the other items in this haul, I know that this top will become a new staple for me as it is just so versatile.
So, those are the three items that I snapped up yesterday. What do you think of them? What are you doing to update your spring/summer wardrobe? I'd love to know, so please don't hesitate to leave a comment below!

My New Look Petite Fashion Finds
For Christmas, I luckily received two New Look vouchers and so I've been looking for the perfect items to spend them on. I did look through the sales but I didn't find anything that stood out to me, so I headed straight for the petite range instead as a few pieces caught my eye! I ended up purchasing these two gorgeous tops, so I thought that I would do a mini haul today in order to show you what I got. I hope you enjoy!
First up, I bought this lovely floral t-shirt. What really drew me to this top was its rusty, burgundy colour. I do not anything like this hue in my wardrobe and so I thought that it would be a refreshing change for me. I am also a sucker for anything floral and monochrome too, so this entire combination is perfect for me. I can see myself getting a lot of wear out of this piece throughout the rest of winter (and into spring too!)
The other item that I purchased was this stylish check shirt. The main thing that I really like about this shirt is that it is actually made out of chiffon, so that really sets it apart from the rest of the check shirts I own already. It is ever so slightly sheer when you wear it, therefore, it looks dressy yet casual at the same time.
So, those are the two items that I picked up from the New Look petite range. I hope that you enjoyed this mini haul and as always, please let me know what you think of my purchases by leaving a comment below!

Another Mini Lush Haul!
Hi guys. As I'm sure you are all aware by now, Lush have just released all of their new Halloween, Bonfire Night and Christmas products for this year both in store and online. I am super excited for all of the various new bath bombs, bubble bars and bath melts they have to offer and I knew that I had to get my hands on some as soon as possible. Therefore, when I heard that my friend was going to pass a Lush store yesterday, I asked her to pick me up a few bits. Two out of the three items I bought are from the new releases and the other is a product that I have been eyeing up for quite a while. So, today I thought that I would show you what items I went for and what my first impressions of them are. Let's get started!
Northern Lights Bath Bomb - £3.50
This is probably the product that I am most excited about out of the three! As it is based on Bonfire Night, this purple coloured bath bomb looks absolutely amazing. It has a calming jasmine and ylang ylang scent which is perfect for a cold and dark evening when you need a pick me up. Looking at the Lush website, the bomb gives your bath water a mystical array of colours as it fizzes away. Northern Lights also has lots of little confetti stars running through it which I think is such a lovely touch, plus it adds even more excitement to your bath time. I cannot wait to use it!
Candy Mountain Bubble Bar - £2.75
As I am such a huge fan of the Creamy Candy Bubble Bar already (it's my all time favourite Lush product,) I knew that I had to get it's Christmas themed equivalent. I absolutely adore its sweet candy floss scent and I am excited to have a gorgeous pink bath with lots of bubbles. I also love that the bar is covered in glitter dust too, as it makes it feel so festive. Bubble bars tend to make my skin feel really soft and nourished too, which is just what I need at this time of year. Who knows, Candy Mountain might overtake Creamy Candy is my new favourite product but let's hope not, seeing as it is limited edition!
Sakura Bath Bomb - £3.25
Last but certainly not least, I have been wanting to try this bath bomb for quite a while now. I love fruity fragrances the most out of any scent and this bomb combines this with some floral elements too. Sakura contains jasmine oil, lemon oil and orange flower to create this gorgeous scent, which I think will be perfect for when I want to freshen up as opposed to the other two products that are more relaxing and soothing. I am not too sure what colour my bath water will turn with this one but I cannot wait to find out.
So, those are the three items that my friend very kindly picked up for me whilst out shopping yesterday. I am really excited to try them all out and I'm certain that I will be buying some more Christmas products very soon! What is your favourite Lush product? Which product from my mini haul do you like the look of the most? Please let me know by leaving a comment below!

Mini Haul | Forever 21, Play.com, O.P.I & China Glaze
Hi guys. I have bought a few random bits and bobs lately, so I thought it was only right that I did a mini haul on my blog! Hauls are one of my favourite types of blog posts to write as it enables me to share some great finds with my followers too. All of these purchases have been made over the past month or so and I am really excited about all of them. So, let's dive straight in to this mini haul!
V-Cut Floral Dress - £12.00
First up is this gorgeous dress from Forever 21. I am a huge fan of bodycon styles as I feel that they suit my petite frame and do not overwhelm me, plus the v-neck cut is very flattering. I am also a huge lover of floral patterns and the colour of this one combined with this kind of watercolour effect is really pretty and unique. Considering how affordable this dress is, the quality of it is amazing! The material is very thick yet stretchy and there is even boning around the deep V to add some more support. This dress comes in another colour too, which my best friend bought as we loved them both, so we actually got one each to swap and share!
Faking It by Cora Carmack - £6.99
I recently bought this book by the author Cora Carmack. 'Faking It' is the second book in a three part series that I discovered at the end of last year. In the first book 'Losing It,' a girl studying at university is aiming to lose her virginity. She eventually meets the perfect guy but it is soon revealed that their relationship is forbidden and the story unravels from there (I don't want to give anything away!) The second book, however, is kind of a spin-off as it follows one of the other characters featured in the first book on his own quest to find love. I became addicted to the first book and so I am really excited to start reading this one too!
As I completed a three day intensive nail course in October last year, I have been slowly building up my collection of professional nail polishes so that I can eventually start my own mobile nail technician business. As I completed my course at my nearby Sally's store, I have a trade card which enables me to get products at a cheaper price than they are sold to the general public. I actually picked up these five polishes on a VAT free day too, which means that they were even cheaper than usual! Even though I cannot remember the exact prices (they were all around the £5 mark,) I wanted to share these beautiful colours with you all.
O.P.I Nail Polishes
The first O.P.I nail varnish that I purchased is 'Live.Love.Carnival,' which is a stunning coral colour. It is incredibly bright, opaque and I think that it suits every skin tone. It's a great all-rounder! The gorgeous blue colour that you can see above is called 'Teal The Cows Come Home.' I really love this polish as it has a lot of shimmery particles running through it and sometimes is nice to choose a rarer polish to wear instead of your typical reds, pinks or neutrals, which most of us wear the majority of the time! The last O.P.I polish in this mini haul is 'Cajun Shrimp,' a striking orangey-red that really packs a punch. I think that this colour is a nice twist on a classic red and the slight orange hue makes it perfect for summer!
China Glaze Nail Polishes
The first polish I got is 'In A Lily Bit,' which is a really pretty pastel lilac colour. I am really into milky colours at the moment, despite the fact that they are quite difficult to apply, and I have a feeling that this colour will be a popular one amongst my future customers as it is quite unique. The second China Glaze polish that I bought is a very bright fuchsia/purple shade called 'Dune Our Thing'. I think this shade is a nice twist on a classic pink shade that a lot of people reach for, so I have a feeling that this one will get a lot of use too.
So that's it for my mini haul! I hope you all enjoyed reading some quick reviews on what I have purchased over the past few weeks. Which item is your favourite? What have you hauled recently? Let me know by leaving a comment below. Thank you!

My Recent Fashion and Beauty Purchases
Hi guys, today I thought that I would show you some bits and pieces that I have bought over the past month or so. I am on a slight spending ban right now, so all of the items (except one) that featured in this post are extremely purse-friendly - which is great news if any of you end up wanting to buy them too! You will also see quite a repetitive theme throughout the items too as I love patterns, especially anything floral. So, let's delve straight in and see what I've purchased.
Daisy Crop Top from H&M - £5.99
I absolutely adore this top! For ages now I have wanted a top with a daisy pattern on it and have seen plenty around, though I have refrained from buying them. They have lots of these tops on Forever 21, however their sizes do not fit me too well usually. I am so glad I found this little beauty in H&M as their sizing is perfect on me and for just £5.99, you really can't go wrong. I haven't seen any other patterns of this top just quite yet but if they release some, I will most definitely be snapping them up!
Dress from Primark - £5.00
Just this morning, my Mum popped into our local Primark and bought me back this dress as a little treat. I love bodycon style dresses as they suit my petite frame and do not overwhelm me too much. I think that this item is really versatile; I could wear it now with tights and ankle boots, or bare-legged with sandals as we transition into summer. The pinky/red colour is really lovely and I can see myself getting a lot of wear out of this dress.
I bought these two nail polishes in Boots kind of impulsively on my way to the till but for £1.99 each, I just couldn't resist. 'Frenzy' is my favourite out of the two for obvious reasons - I just love glitter! The blue, purple and silver flecks of glitter create a lovely combination on the nails. On the other hand, 'Winterberry' is a lot more of a neutral colour which is pretty unusual for me. Despite it looking kind of horrible in the bottle, on the nail it is a slightly shimmery grey colour with mauve undertones. A perfect every day colour to go with any outfit whatsoever!
I won't go into too much detail about this lip crayon as I am going to be featuring it in my monthly favourites, however, I couldn't wait any longer to mention it. I'm sure everybody and their mother has seen a review on this product by now but it's not surprising when it's this good. 'Standout' is a lovely red colour which is extremely flattering. Being a matte balm, you would expect it to be quite drying on the lips but to my surprise, it really isn't. This is without a doubt my go to lip product right now!
Floral Pyjamas from Primark - (top £3.50 and bottoms £6.00)
This pyjama set is the second half of the treat my Mum bought me earlier on today. I am a sucker for floral patterns and these pyjamas are super cute, I already can't wait to wear them tonight! I think we can all tell what colour Primark is loving at the moment by the dress above too! The top has some hidden support to keep everything in place and the bottoms are a slouchy leg fit. I love the lace detailing as it is really feminine.I hope you all enjoyed reading about what I have bought over the past month or so. Please let me know what you think of the items, I love them. Plus, they're all cheap as chips! What bargains have you purchased recently? I'd love to know! Thank you :)
